One of our lenders has introduced some new products to their offering… Bridge 2 Let and Term 2 Rent.

Bridge 2 Let:

Offers individuals and companies a bridging loan initially for up to 12 months followed by up to 24 months on a serviced term basis.

B2L Details:

• Max 75% LTV

• Rates from 0.72%

• £150k - £1.5m loan size

Term 2 Rent:

Aimed at borrowers who plan to acquire or refinance, income producing, commercial assets or specialist residential assets without tying borrowers into long term lending contracts with large early repayment charges.

T2R Details:

• Max LTV 70% NET

• Variable rates from 6% + BBR

• Fixed rates from 11.5%

• £150k - £1.5m loan size
