New Product – Interest rates to match the LTV

One of our lenders is offering a product whereby the interest rate matches the loan to value.

Therefore, if the LTV is 45%, the monthly interest rate is 0.45%.

48% LTV - 0.48% per month.

62% LTV - 0.62% per month.

Etc.

Up to a maximum of 75% LTV at 0.75% per month.

Details:

• 2% arrangement fee.

• No exit fee.

• 12 month loan term, slightly longer can be considered.

• Property Type: Residential.

• Condition: Habitable or light refurb needed.
