New Offer: Valuation and Lender Legals Cash-Back

One of our lenders has launched a CASH-BACK offer where they will pay for our client’s valuation and the lenders legal fees for all applications received before 1st April 2021!

The offer applies for loans over £500k where our lender will refund their lender legal and valuation fees when the case reaches completion.

* Up to a maximum cash-back of £3000 and you will have to pay for the lenders legal and valuation fee upfront but then it is reimbursed once the loan has completed. *

This lender specialises in residential and commercial bridging loans, 2nd charge bridging loans and refurbishment loans with rates from 0.65% per month, up to 75% LTV, loan sizes from £150k - £5m and terms from 3 - 18 months.
