Free Valuations This Autumn

One of our lenders is offering free valuations this autumn! This applies to all bridging applications which complete before 31st December 2022. The client pays for the valuation upfront (like normal) but then will be reimbursed for the valuation cost on the day of drawdown.

For this particular lender:

• Interest rates from 0.85% per month • Loans from £25k to £2m • Maximum 70% LTV • Terms from 1 day to 24 months • 1% arrangement fee • No exit fee
