Our client was approaching default on an existing loan secured against farm land and buildings. If the loan went into default, the costs would prove to be extremely high. We were given a very tight schedule but knew the right lender to approach within the timescale. A valuation was instructed and from receipt of the report, the lender's solicitor had prepared all the loan and charge documents for signing, within 48 hours.
