100% Finance for Land is Available!

There are two ways you can obtain 100% finance for land purchases…

1) Entering a joint-venture agreement - our investors will offer 100% of the build and purchase costs in exchange for a profit share at the end. This is usually by setting up a SPV (special purpose vehicle) that both parties are involved in and oversee the construction process closely.

2) Utilising additional security - our lenders will secure the loan against another property, a few properties or valuable assets that you own and hold sufficient equity in.
